QUITO CITY TOUR

On this tour, we'll explore the most interesting and historic sites of the first city in the world
to be declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We'll begin at the Guápulo viewpoint,
where we'll learn about the Orellana Route, before heading to Panecillo Hill, which offers
one of the best views of the city and features the world's largest aluminum statue of the Virgin Mary.

Next, we'll visit the Basilica of the National Vow, one of the largest Gothic-style churches in
Latin America, and witness the fusion of indigenous spirituality and Catholic beliefs.
Afterward, we'll stroll through Quito's historic center, visiting Independence Square, where we'll see
the Presidential Palace, the Metropolitan Cathedral, and the Archbishop's Palace.

We'll walk along the Street of the Seven Crosses, visiting the Sagrario, before entering one
of the most impressive churches in the Americas, the Church of the Society of Jesus,
also known as the Golden Church. Finally, we'll continue our walk to San Francisco Square
and Church. Next, we'll walk along one of the most traditional streets in colonial Quito,
called La Ronda. We'll end our tour at the Plazoleta de Santo Domingo,
where we'll take a taxi back to the hotel or wherever our tourists are staying.
